What size should I order for "x" apparel item?
Please use our in-depth size charts which include length, chest, sleeve, and shoulder measurements to determine which size to purchase. These size charts can be found on each product page. Beanies are one-size.
When will you restock "x" apparel item?
We aim to restock every quarter. Keep an eye out on our Instagram page and email blasts for restock notifications!
How should I wash/maintain the apparel?
For tees and hoodies, please wash cold then hang dry. For beanies, please wash cold without fabric softener or bleach then dry flat. Machine dryer for all apparel is strongly not recommended.

Why are you only making VSKF wheel rugs right now?
After taking a hiatus from producing rugs, I've decided to come back but with a focus on VSKF wheel rugs. In addition to collaborating with @vskf_only on Instagram, VSKF rugs are the highest in demand and it's easier for production purposes to just mass produce one particular wheel rug design right now rather than doing multiple like I have done in the past. Sorry if you are interested in other designs! They may come back in the future!
How are the rugs made?
They are hand-tufted using a tufting gun. A needle with yarn is punched through the backing material of the rug in the form of a loop back and forth. Once completed, an adhesive is laid on the back lining to keep the yarn intact. An anti-slip layer is then glued on the back and then laid out in the sun to dry. To finish it up, the edges and surface are trimmed for a clean look.
Why are the rugs so expensive?
Our rugs are competitively priced and very affordable compared to our competitors. The price is justified by it's high quality and the level of craftsmanship that goes into every single rug. Each rug requires many hours of hard work put into it. Trust us, you won't find this level of quality for a handmade rug at our price point anywhere else!
Can you make a rug of "x" wheel?
We do take requests but cannot guarantee each request will be made. Wheel designs are chosen based on overall demand.
Do you do custom rugs?
Right now, we don't offer custom rug services.

How long do your air fresheners last?
The scents last approximately 7-10 days upon opening them.
I see a store on Etsy that is selling your air fresheners. Is that you guys?
Yes, that is us. We opened an Etsy store to experiment with that e-commerce platform. Right now we're just selling air fresheners there with the same discount we offer on our main website here.

Will US bound orders be affected by the new tariffs?
Our products are CUSMA certified so you do not have to worry about any additional tariffs or duties on your package!
Why is rug international shipping (Australia, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America) so high?
Unfortunately, high international shipping costs are out of our control. Our rugs and shipping box required are large and heavy. However, we have partnered up with local Canadian e-commerce shipping solution, Stallion Express, to reduce our international shipping costs as much as possible. We currently ship internationally using APC Priority Worldwide Tracked or PostNL International Packet Tracked. We are constantly looking for cheaper & reliable international shipping solution for you guys!
How long does it typically take for you to ship out orders?
We will ship out your order 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed. Please keep in mind the shipping courier we work with does not open on weekends. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday then it will be shipped out the following Monday.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We ship to the United States primarily using USPS or UPS. For Canada, we typically use Canada Post, UniUni, or Purolator so we won't be impacted by any Canada Post strikes if they occur! For international orders, we use PostNL International.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. Once the order is placed, we will reach out to you to schedule a pickup time. Upon pickup, we require you to show us proof of order.
Order Changes and Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
See refund policy here. All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, you may not cancel or modify the contents of your order once it is confirmed and shipped out. However, you may modify/cancel your order up until the point your order has been shipped.
I ordered an item but want to switch it for a different design.
Order contents may be canceled or changed up until the point of shipment. If your order hasn't shipped, please e-mail us your full name and order number immediately. Depending on stock levels, we can change your order.

Is your inventory ready to ship?
Yes, our inventory is premade so they're ready to ship. We don't do that pre-order stuff that causes month-long delays seen with other brands out there.
