EU Withdrawal Request
Customers located in the European Union may use the withdrawal request form below to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal. Submission of the form constitutes notice of withdrawal for purposes of applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
This withdrawl form cannot be used by customers located outside of the European Union.
Your Right to Withdraw
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after:
- You, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods; or
- In the case of multiple items delivered separately, the day on which you receive the final item.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting the online withdrawal request form below or by contacting us via e-mail at rugged.jp@outlook.com.
Upon submission of a withdrawal request, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received without undue delay.
Returning Your Items
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay in it's original condition and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen (14) day period has expired.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. RUGGED.JP may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received.

Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, RUGGED.JP will reimburse all payments received from you for the returned goods, original shipping charges, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving notice of withdrawal.
RUGGED.JP may withhold reimbursement until:
- The returned goods have been received; or
- You provide evidence that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
